Mode of action: 
Inhibits the formation of very long chain fatty acids (VLCFA, Site of Action Group 15).

Pennant Magnum Herbicide controls many annual grasses, as well as certain annual broadleaf weeds, and yellow nutsedge (see below).

Pennant Magnum Herbicide may be used on commercial and residential warm-season turf grasses and other non-crop land, including, but not limited to the following: airports, roadsides, golf courses, sports fields, public recreational areas, ornamental gardens, cemeteries, other landscaped areas, etc.

Other Restriction of Use

Don't apply directly to water or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal area below the mean high water mark. Don't contaminate fresh water source with this products spraying or spray leftover.

Tank mix preparation

Make sure the sprayer is clean and set to give an even application at the correct volume and an even deposit.

Implementation particular terms

Always use constant agitation of the sprayer tank during mixing, transportation and application.

Mixing and spraying

Fill the spray tank 1/4 full with clean water.
Start agitation and check to ensure it is working properly.
Add Pennant Magnum directly into the tank.
Add the rest of the carrier to obtain the final spray volume.
Maintain vigorous agitation in the spray tank before and during the application.
This will ensure a well-mixed spray suspension.
Do not allow spray suspension to dry in the tank.
Thoroughly clean the sprayer after use by flushing the system with water containing a detergent.
Refer to the Pesticide Disposal section of this label for waste disposal.

PPE required for Applicators, Mixers or Loaders

Applicators and other handlers must wear: Long-sleeved shirt and long pants, Chemical-resistant gloves, such as barrier laminate or Viton, Shoes plus socks. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
